Place the signature and signed-date fields, enter the customer's full name and email address and add a clear personal message. Once you approve the review screen, we email the private signing invitation for you.
The customer has up to 30 days to sign and does not need to create an account. You can see whether the request is awaiting signature or complete in your workspace.
Completion
Keep the signed agreement with the job records
After the customer signs, we email you the completed PDF. Download it alongside the quotation, correspondence and other records for the job.
Completed documents are retained for seven days, while unsigned requests expire after 30 days. The service is intentionally not a permanent document store.
Limits
Use a specialist process when the job requires one
This release supports up to four straightforward electronic signers. It does not provide witnesses, identity verification or notarisation.

Can a builder send a quotation for signature for free?
Yes. During the early release, you can send a finished PDF to up to four signers without entering payment-card details.
Does my customer need to install anything?
No. They review and sign through a private link in a modern phone, tablet or computer browser.
Can I send a variation for customer approval?
The service can collect the required signatures on your finished variation PDF when simple electronic signatures are appropriate. It does not draft or assess the variation.
Can both contractor and customer sign?
Yes. Add the customer and any other parties, then add yourself as the final issuer signer if the contractor must countersign after everyone else.
