The completed PDF contains the visible signature, confirmed signer name, server-recorded date and an electronic signing certificate. A copy is attached to the sender's completion email, and the signer can download one immediately.
Completed documents and related signing data are removed from Pen Free Signatures after seven days. Download and retain the contract in your own document storage rather than treating the service as a permanent archive.
