Your client receives an email with a private link to the document. They can read every page, confirm their full name and draw a signature with a finger or pointer. A typed signature is available as an alternative.

Signers do not need accounts or payment details. That reduces friction when you need a straightforward decision and one or several signatures.

Your workflow

Know what is waiting and what is complete

The workspace separates drafts, requests awaiting signature and completed agreements. A sent request remains available for up to 30 days, so you can see whether the client has viewed or completed it.

When the client signs, the completed PDF is emailed to you. Download it into the client or project records you already use rather than relying on Pen Free Signatures as long-term storage.
